How much does it cost to join the Morillo Judo Club?

The monthly fee is $80-$100 depending on your level. There may be some fees for Gis (uniforms) and optional events (i.e. tournaments or outdoor activities). Sensei Juan believes in Judo for the benefits of the children. Morillo Judo Club is extremely economical and the benefits, both material and personal, far exceed the monetary cost.

How do we join?

When & where can we join?

You can join any time during the year. Our club generally meet 4 times per week. There may be other events throughout the year. You can find out upcoming events here.

Who runs the Club?

Our club is run by by our founder Sensei Juan, parents and other coaches. Volunteers are important to help the Club running smoothly so if you are interested in getting more involved you can get in touch with club leaders or send us a message. My family is pretty busy, how many events do we need to attend?

We know that kids/families are really busy today. It’s most important to attend weekly Judo Practices so your kids don’t fall behind on earning their rank advancement. Tournaments and outdoor events are important (and often help with advancement too), but you don’t need to attend every single one if you have conflicts with other activities, sports, events, etc. But we do hope that most kids will become members of our community and will want to attend as much as possible.
